Christie’s Catalogue about Michael Crichton Online
The E-catalogue for the Christie’s sale “Works from the Collection of Michael Crichton” is available for viewing online. (You may have to register at the Christie’s website to see it, but it’s free.)
The 290-page catalogue contains a transcript of Crichton’s last lecture on Jasper Johns at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York in April 2008.

OMG, that is amazing. Even better than the video. Is there ANY chance to get the professionaly printed copy???
I imagine there will be. Perhaps when the auction is over. I'll contact Christie's and see what I can find out.
I think you can print out the e-catalogue, but I shudder to think how many ink cartridges it will take.
Home printing is not the solution... Too much ink, disappointing quality of result.
I need PDF (from which the professional print can be made) or catalog printed by Christie's. I don't know why they don't offer this one in their printed catalogues online shop. (The e-version contains info about paper used, so maybe the printed version will be available. I hope so.)
The catalogue is now available in printed form, for US$60.00.
But I can't find the shipping rates anywhere on their site. :-(
You can find contact info for questions about buying a catalogue from Christie's here.
Marla: Thank you. They answered me promptly; the shipping cost to the Czech Republic would be only 3 Euros extra. So now I have a big temptation. :) But it is still quite large amount for me. :(
