I was a book that made me formulate many questions. And I just could hardly believe it when in a local Newspaper was a MC picture with big letters informing that Michael Crichton had died. I was in shock.Alexander Villacíshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00418050092374809000noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3703013351172897539.post-83055783675270856992009-11-15T15:43:56.993-06:002009-11-15T15:43:56.993-06:00Luckily enough he is still with us in several ways...Luckily enough he is still with us in several ways: his books and movies will always be there for us to read and watch over and over again, admiring his capacity to express his concern about technology taking over our lives - this will be increasingly be an important issue in our world. Second, we still have Pirate Latitudes and the other posthumous book to look forward to, like when he was alive. Third, we, his fans and admirers, will never cesae to talk about him - in my case even through my professional activity as science communicator. Last, but not least, those of us who believe that life does not end with death, know that he is somewhere, maybe watching us as we write and comment on his works. This said, I must agree that life is not the same knowing that he is dead. May he rest in peace.erikshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13367789890421662462noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3703013351172897539.post-58187257005205619312009-11-05T21:49:51.125-06:002009-11-05T21:49:51.125-06:00It wasn't the same without him, was it?
